Can I reset my LearnSmart password?
Unfortunately no.
For security reasons learner initiated resets are not possible.

What if I don’t have access to a unit?
Credit transfer students and students on specific payment plans with study schedule will only be enrolled and have access to units they should complete.
If for any reason you don’t have access to the units, kindly email support@tsa.edu.au
I haven’t received my online learning login?
Your online access details will be provided by our Student Administration Team in line with your chosen start date, as discussed with your career advisor during the enrolment process. We have fortnightly intakes, so if you happen to miss one, you can still be enrolled within a couple of weeks of finalising your documentation.
I haven’t received my TPO (Course Outline)?
After confirming your enrolment, you will then be provided with a Training Plan Outline (TPO), showing the unit sequence that you must follow for your course. Please contact Student Services if you have not received your TPO by your start date.
When will my trainer contact me?
If you have not received an introductory email from your trainer by your course commencement date, please contact Student Administration as soon as possible.
What are my assessment dates?
Your trainer/assessor will set the expectations and timeframes for your assessments. If you are unsure and your trainer/assessor is not available, Student Support will be able to assist.
Can you provide a letter for Centrelink (confirmation of enrollment)?
Once we have processed your enrolment, you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment document, which is usually all Centrelink require to confirm your student status. If you need our institution information, please contact Student Services.
What are census dates?
Census dates are like loan draw down dates. You do not incur the full amount of VET Student Loan debt in one payment, your studies are broken down in to terms (or census dates) so that if you are to withdraw from the course at any time, you only incur the debt up until that point. Most of our courses have 10 terms and your tuition fee schedule will be included in your Confirmation of Enrolment document.
Can I receive credit transfers?
If you have completed any units of competency previously that are relevant to the course you are enrolling in to with TrainSmart, there is a chance that you may already hold common units, which can be credited towards your course. Your transcripts are required, for further information you can contact Student Support.
Can I apply for RPL (recognition of prior learning)?
If you are actively working in the sector, you may apply for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). This is where you are able to demonstrate competency for a particular unit without having to learn. This usually only applies if you are performing the tasks regularly through work.
Is the course subsidised by the government, can I receive a concession discount?
Our organization is able to offer a number of government subsidised courses if you reside in WA and are able to attend classes at our campus on Adelaide Terrace in Perth.
Where is my Learning Resource/Learning Guide?
Your learning guide is available on LearnSmart LMS, to logon to LearnSmart you will need your logon details for LearnSmart, they will be sent to your inbox from: donotreply@mywisenet.com.au If they do not appear in your inbox, please check the junk folder and then contact Student Administration if you still do not see the email.
How do I complete and upload my assessment?
Once you have received access to our “Getting Started” Unit, you can use this to practice uploading assessments. You can watch the video on completing and uploading the assessment within Getting Started here and if you still need help, our inhouse IT Support Team can assist.
Do I need to buy Adobe Acrobat Pro DC?
No. To complete the assessments you are only required to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Free Version) and not Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (Paid Version).
How to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?
You can download the software here.
Make sure to uncheck the boxes for addons (Chrome Extension and McAfee products).
